SENATE Committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions at its sitting, Wednesday, to hear a petition against the Chairman, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Lamorde over N1Tn diversion allegation, walked out the EFCC representatives sent by the Chairman of the commission.

Senator Samuel Anyanwu, PDP,representing Imo, the committee Chairman, announce that the legal term of EFCC Chairman should leave the hall ,having receive a letter from Lamorde that he should be given more time ought not to be present in the meeting.
The action of the Committee came as the legal representative made effort to respond to the petition
